Academically, Andy focuses on various aspects of corporate and business law with additional interest in constitutional law. He is a member of the law school's King Scholar honors program and participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition during his 2L year.

Outside of school, Andy's hobbies include following MSU athletics, collecting wristwatches, and enjoying the Michiganoutdoors with his wife, Chelsea. Andy is originally from Petoskey, Michigan but plans to practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan following graduation. He attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate work and obtained a degree in pre-law.
