The Michigan State Online Forum allows scholars to create publicly visible posts concerning topics of legal relevance to spark academic conversation, debate, and discussion. At this time, the Online Forum is accepting unsolicited submissions from any author, including students.

The Submission Process & Requirements

We request submissions be in DOCX form for editing purposes. We consider submissions of all lengths and do not have a word limit. Articles should use footnotes rather than endnotes or works cited. Text and citations should conform with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020) and The Redbook: A Manual on Legal Style (3d ed. 2002).
