He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from Calvin University, and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Michigan State University. Professionally, Matthew is interested in Securities Law, Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Antitrust & Competition Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
